The way this adult wording enters into the child’s statement, is thru the leading questions, being repeated by the child in his answers……a third party translates the question and then the kid repeats the words used in the question in his answer…….it is not a conspiracy thing..[all just made up lies]…….but there is leading questions used in these interviews…….Doctor or not, they are playing on one side or the other….[who ever pays them]….

Obviously you’ve never read a childs sworn declaration before because (yes even in a legal document) they write what the child says. It is quoted from original text and not translated into a more adult content just becaus it’s a legal document. It’s not changed because in transalation it can mean something completely different. If a child says he “touched my pee pee stick or something to that effect, it will quote that and then back up that quote by confirming that the pee pee stick is his penis and how they clarified that.

After the settlement and everything that had transpired the mother and stepfather(Dave & June Chandler) still didnt believe the whole molestation crap and in court documents claimed that Evan coerced the boy’s(Jordan) statements. Evan accused Michael of molestation first, when he wasnt even in a predicament to do so.
Your right Cassie, it is a legal document. Thats why Geraldine Hughes version of the story makes more sense. The GQ Article was wrong about the sodium amytal. The father told him what to say and the sodium amytal theory is an ellaborate excuse as to how they found out. If sodium amytal was used to implant a false memory — Jordan would not have been able to go into so much detail about the molestation nor tell individuals in later years that it never happened.
The statement was written in December 1993. By then Jordan was almost 14 years old had spent 4 months telling psychiatrists, several officers from Sexually Exploited Child Unit, two district attorneys, several lawyers, and at least two DCS investigators. I am sure the initial account of the molestation did not sound so adult like.
This was a legal document and reads like one, as it should. Surely no one is suggesting that Larry Feldman would have the boy say that Michael rubbed him until stuff came out of his pee pee.
Get real.
@ Emma, not just the word climax” but also how he uses the phrase “and the next step” like he was versed on how the procedure or next “stage” of abuse should occur. This information seems rehearsed and not something that genuinely flows from children who are abused. The terminology is one an adult or counsellor would use to describe the actions or events of abuse and how it progresses. I say this, because I work with abused children.
Jordie in this states Michael said to him that many of his young friends would let him do this. If so, where are they? They would of come forward by now if this was true.
Look at the signature on that document. Does it look like a 13 year old’s signature? To me it doesn’t. People don’t start scribbling signatures until they are adults. Something is not right here.

I don’t see anything strange about a 13 year old having a signature. What i do find strange is the way the friendship between Jordie and MJ developed. Did you know that the two had several ‘chance’ meetings prior to that fateful day at rent-a-wreck? Don’t you find that a bit strange? i mean, who gets to meet Michael Jackson once let alone several times in their lives??? Forgive me for saying this but to me, it almost seems as if the meeting between MJ and Jordie had been planned a long time before. Could Jordie and Michael both have been victims of a set-up?

Have you had the chance to read the full transcript of that taped phone conversation? I’ve read it and was amazed because nowhere does Evan mention that he wants any money from MJ. The more i research into the conversation, the more it seems to me that the whole extortion thing was fabricated. You are right – so much damage was set in motion by what happened in ’93, but if we change our focus just slightly, we see that the damage was caused to everyone involved, not just MJ. Really, No extortion? Read the transcripts because he doesnt mention molestation in that conversation either. Plus, he admitted that he knew what to say and what not to say.He already knew not to mention money talking to Schwarts but mentioned money numerous times talking to Michaels’ camp. He demanded 20 million dollars on several occasions or he would expose a hypothetical situation. Please do your research. The time and dates clearly point to extortion and there’s really no evidence of him even thinking about molestation until he met that shysty lawyer Barry Rothman.

How so much damage was set in motion by the actions of such small, basely motivated predators is a damning example of the power of illusion on this planet – when it is supported and perpetuated by the media. So much suffering was caused.
And it continues for Michael’s children.
