Michael Jackson’s Memorandum in support of objection to subpoena by Larry Feldman for settlement documents from the 1993 case. The memo shows that Michael was never in favour of settling the 1993 child molestation charges with an out of court settlement and that it was in fact, his insurance company who settled, despite his objections.
