An ex-private investigator working in Las Vegas in the 90′s, was an insider in a plot to discredit Michael Jackson. Here he reveals exclusively to mjfiles how the conspiracy against Michael Jackson began:
“Michael Jackson was a guest of Steve Wynn, at His Mirage Casino, in Las Vegas, on several occasions. This was around the same time LaToya was on stage in Paris, with the Moulin Rouge. I was working part time for a Las Vegas private detective, and commuting to Los Angeles, to work on films.
The investigator I worked for had someone at the Mirage Casino, to call when Michael was visiting, or if he and his driver/bodyguard was going out at night. I thought at the time, that the Boss wanted to get into some paparazzi action, because it was not a case the agency was working on.
My teacher and chief investigator [at the agency], told me some of the information he was getting on Michael Jackson. At that time, he thought it was very funny. Michael would be driven around parking lots, and thru fast food places, and his guy would jump out and run into stores while Michael would stay in the car. MJ was cruising the parking lot for these reasons; celebs have a hard time just looking around, I have driven several around parking lots myself, just to get a malt and look at the lights, but MJ was being driven around the area known as the ‘Fruit Loop’, and in the parking lot of the Gypsy Bar (the oldest gay club in Las Vegas). He also was at the Glass Pool, this is an Icon of a motel, in the fashion world (lots of still shoots).
On July the 11th [1993], I got the call to come over to The Bosses house to have a drink, and that is when I was told about working a case to discredit Michael Jackson. And be around for the first calls. It was then clear to see this was in the planning stages for some time. My teacher and Chief investigator, knew I grew up in LA, and had worked all over the town, plus he wanted super good video, on this case. This was the day the office got the first calls about Michael and Jordan. June S. [Schwartz] was in a panic over what she had just seen, (that day or the day before ?) and it is my understanding that it was part of the settlement, to never repeat it.
[That same month] My Boss said,’hey would you like to go to Beverly Hills and go to Melvin Belli’s 86th birthday party’ I said yes, very fast. Melvin Belli was the Bosses ‘Gumba’ [friend] and I knew it would be some bash. I was at Melvin’s birthday party around July the 28th in Beverly Hills, and at that party this was said by someone that was (PI) that I thought was on MJ’s side, ‘they are going to clean him’ him being MJ, and this was said with laughter.
MY boss said the case was to prove MJ was a ‘chicken hawk’, and was contributing to the delinquency of a minor, but June thought it was to prove molestation. This is a very important point. June did not have the money to pay for such a big case, let alone Melvin Belli, old or not. Jordan was a way to get something on Michael without it being straight-out blackmail.
This is all a fact, and more than a few people in Las Vegas know about this. We never got to do the case. Evan Chandler got costody of Jordan, and took it to the police. It was my understanding, that the case was not to be about children, or go public. The ‘Devils’ are in the details of what happened…”

Hi Ellen…I turned down “The Sun”…….no fame…no book…..The reason I don’t tell all ?…..Doctor Kline is under police protection, etc etc…..and I’m not into being “Evan Chandlered”….plus, I want good things….not bad things….most of us do…….I liked MJ’s talent….I did not no the man….and you do not know me…….but this must be said…the Michael Jackson story has just started…..there will be, a lot more Doctor Kline’s……and some of my co-workers, just might be more gutsy than me.

From a lot of what I’ve read on MJ, he wasn’t gay, far from it in fact. I just wonder if this perpetual insistence that this man was gay was because of the media (not to be trusted as we all know) or because of the makeup which has been extensively corroborated by a doctor to be characteristic of Vitiligo patients.

Hi Marie….I’m Brian’s wife……if you go to his blog…google..brian n. everett pi…and read some of it, it is easy to see that Brian is not into talking about Michael Jackson…..Steve and Polly have the only, “not a bunch of nuts” MJ site, on the web…..and this is the one place he will talk about MJ……our friends and family, have known for years, that Brian worked on the 1993 MJ case….he told us back in 1992, “what if the fans find out he is gay”…..Brian has been friends and has worked for two very well known gay film producers…..He loves to work on their projects, he says they make film production more creative, than the “hetro” guys……So Marie, do you only love MJ if he is not gay?…..and he was gay…so what do you think about him sleeping with a “Lolita Boy”…[as Brian calls him]..?

I can’t believe people still think he committed this crime. Doesn’t it bother anyone that all the non credible sources such as the people who weren’t close to him or even outsiders in his inner circle make all these claims or believe in his eccentric, crazy image protrayed my the media! Credible sources and people who were in his inner circle have never said he was gay or commited these crimes. This investigater didn’t know Michael or was around him 24/7. I watched True Crime with Aprodite Jones yesterday. There is someone reliable. She went into the trial believing he was guilty, and was in the court room every day. By the end, she realized each accusation in 1993 and 2005 were only for MONEY!!! She then wanted to write a book and spent 6 month reviewing all the court documents and evidence from the trial. She spent another 6 months writing the book. In the special, last night she showed how this was all an extortion and the trials killed Michael’s soul. He never hurt any child, EVER. Celebrites, family members, and fans who REALLY knew him supported that belief. People need to believe credible sources. Also, on the tv show EXTRA his supposed gay lover came on. He said they were in “love” and introduced my Arnold KLEIN. OKay, right there thats not a reliable source. They guy treated Michael’s skin condition and was his friend but he wanted money out of him. The guy claims to be the kids father,when it’s not true. THOSE ARE his kids, and he conformed it, and so has Debbie. Debbie told the opposite to a tabliod mazagine to get get the attention and money since michael and his family were ingoring her. BUt anyway, the man was not gay. LMP said so, and he really loved her, keeping a picture of her at his bedsite. Even after they were divorced. And how is this fat man saying he was lower even realiable!! The private investigator in this story is my husband. He told me and his Mom and brother about this when he thought he was going to be working on this case, in LA. back in 1993. We were going to stay at his Mom’s house while he was working on it.
I’am here in a small town in Mexico, and me and my family talked with some Jehova”s Witness ladies, at the park yesterday. Nice people, but when my wife mentioned the violence in our area [thousands killed in 2 years] neither of them knew about it.[did not want to know] You might be very correct about the denial factor, with a very religious person. If just one of the family had the abililty to speak of Micael’s life, in a realistic way, it would help a lot of people grow up.
A few months ago i read that Jermaine was going to publish a tell-all book about his childhood which included stories about MJ being taken out with his father very late at night and returning home and being sick for days afterwards. Jermaine was apparently going to reveal his suspicions that his brother was being abused. However, he ended up shelving his book plans… who knows why.
I’m reading this for the first time. I didn’t realize Jermaine had ideas to tell such a story.
Last year, when he was on Larry King Live, after Michael’s death, King asked if his dad was “rough” on them. Jermaine said that although his dad was “old school” he felt overall he had gotten a “bad wrap” over the years. Very confusing. (Although, I would imagine that bad mouthing your own father immediately after a son has died, no matter what he did in the past, could be construed as unseemly.) At the end of the day, I personally have always had a strong dislike for Joseph Jackson.
I remember listening to an interview with Michael done in the early 2000′s where he described, in some detail, a particularly disturbing incident with his father. Apparently he was about 8 or 9 at the time and Joseph was enraged about something and grabbed one of the boys, stripped him down, poured cooking oil on him, then repeated whipped the child with a lamp cord. If this is not the very definition of gratuitous, violent abuse, than I don’t know what is! I really despise this man! (I believe this was reveled in a radio interview of Michael done by Jesse Jackson in 2003.)
It’s also worth noting that even though Michael had on several occasions over the years talked about his dad’s physical and verbal abuse, he also never hesitated to say that he loved his dad and thought he was a genius despite that abuse.

It was a tabloid that said Jermaine planned on a tellall book but Jermaine has denied it. Now you can doubt Jermaine all you want but I see no reason for believing the very same tabloids who have been running BS stories on MJ to begin with. & Jermaine’s supposedly close to Joe so why the ish would he tattletale on his dad? & Joe may not be the best father, he may have been abusive but all indicators suggest that he would be the last person to sell his young son for sex even for greed. Why do we fans get so made when anything comes up about Michael being Gay or BI? Because he so totally wasn’t! Will it ever end for this great human being? Too bad there are not more like him! Coming from a priviledged status I know very well what PI will do to get their story paid the huge amount of money these generate. Alhough my family’s money is not near what MJ had in his heyday, I know form first hand experince your likes.
